Background
Many of the world’s greatest healing practices were developed over thousands of years by ancient Qigong masters in China.
These Qigong masters of millennia past were the original scientists of the subtle body — working with the circulation of chi (life force energy) through coordinated flowing movement and meditation for increased health, happiness, awareness, serenity, longevity, and more.
Their capacity to heal body and mind through focusing on life force energy is now legendary — and eminently practical.
When we experience trauma or even everyday stressors, we often accumulate dense and blocked energy, which can persist for decades and eventually manifest as disease. Modern science has extensively researched the benefit of Qigong and Mindfulness Meditation. Yet, less well-known is that the practice of Qigong includes movement as a skillful, meditative, mindfulness practice.
In This Course
Master Mingtong Gu will explore the energetic dimension of movement and stillness; the integration of two practices in Wisdom Healing Qigong.
The weekly sessions will be uploaded into this course. These practices, teachings, and additional support materials will be available for you to review at your convenience. You will have 90 days after the 6-week course ends, to continuously enjoy these materials.
What You Can Expect
During this course, we invite you to commit to a few minutes a day of this type of focused practice. Developing a consistent daily practice, starting with 10-15 minutes a day — will result in the cultivation of a practice that is a gift to your health and your life.
The gift of Qigong is that it helps us come back into our bodies to heal in mind, body, and heart every day over a lifetime, so we can enjoy the improvement of health on all levels of life whenever we practice.
It is pro-active health care you can start now if you want to sustain and improve your health through self-care and self-healing — in spite of diagnosed diseases. It is the most self-empowering practice available because you access the power of your mind, the power of your heart, and the creative life force energy within you.
